COURSE: (Elite, U23, Age Groups)
SWIM: 1500 m - 2 x 750 m laps
MTB: 30 km - 2 x 15 km laps
RUN: 10 km - 4 x 2.5 km laps

COURSE: (Junior, ParaTri)
SWIM: 750 m
MTB: 15 km
RUN: 5 km
