TSA South African National Duathlon Championships for Youths (12-15).
TSA South African National Duathlon Championships for Senior Age Groupers (20+).
ATU African Continental Duathlon Championships for Senior Age Groupers (20+).  This will run concurrently with SA Champs.
TSA South African National Long Distance Duathlon Championships for Senior Age Groupers (20+). This will run concurrently with Standard Events.
  
Events on 30 June 2019:
TSA South African National Duathlon Championships for Para Triathletes.
TSA South African National Duathlon Championships for Juniors (16-19).
TSA South African National Duathlon Championships for Elites and U23 Elites.
ATU African Continental Duathlon Championships for Elites and U23 Elites.

Junior Age Groupers (12-19) from other African Countries are welcome to participate but will not be eligible for SA Championship positions and medals.  Top non-South African finishers will receive equivalent event medals.
