Stadstriathlon Weert 2018

The City Triathlon Weert (Stadstriathlon Weert) can be summarized in three different themes. For several year, the Friday is focussed at students. Local schools (primary and secondary schools) participate with as many as 1400 students in a triathlon & run-bike-run race!
The target of the Saturday is to host races for the amateurs and recreational triathlete. A combination of NTB division races, recreational quarter and sprint triathlons define this day. On Sunday, June 10, Weert hosts the ETU European Cup OD for the third year in a row. Prior to the start of the ETU European Cup the age groups start and is an try out for 2019 European Championships.

Entree fees

€ 80,00 per athlete incl. timing chip.

National Federations have to take care for registration of their National representatives on the ITU website for the 2018 Weert ETU Triathlon European Cup.
The registration fee for each athlete must be paid in advance!

The total amount can be transferred to the following bank account by using the following NL02 RABO 0300680619 (BIC: RABONL2U) to the attention of “Stichting Stadstriathlon Weert”.
Don’t forget to mention the name of the participating country, please note that any delay might occur in international payments.

IMPORTANT! Payments must be received before June 5, 2018. For cash payments please contact organisation (only if bank payments are not possible!).

Courses

Swim course

Conditions: lake, without any current.
Water temperature: 16-19 degrees.
Swim two laps (each 750m)
Start Mechanism: beach start (solid structure).

Bike course

Number of laps: 6 (43,1 km)
Non technical with one short climb per lap.

Run course

Number of laps: 4 (10 km)
Non technical through two neighborhoods.
