Athlete Briefing

Swim - Starting in Belmore basin, you’ll head out through the break-wall and return back to the Wollongong foreshore. You then head left up towards the lighthouse for transition. 1 lap

Bike - Heading out of transition you’ll make your way up toward the amazing Wollongong lighthouse, complete the loop and enjoy a fast ride up toward crown street before completing the first turn and heading back along the foreshore. 5 laps.

Run - After heading out of transition you’ll already be familiar with the course as you once again complete the loop and head out along Marine Drive, note the run turn and head back along the foreshore. 2laps.
