Totally flat. Cycle 3.3km along the straight coastline to the turning point at Nago Beach intersection and return.

Run: 10 km
Number of laps:  2.5km x 4laps
Totally flat. Run 1.25km to the turning point at Sightseeing Pier and return. Run Finish is set at the West Entrance of Tateyama Station.

Sprint Distance (Junior)
