All Starts and Finishes are at the Wilhelminaplein in front of the Townhal

1st run course:
Same Run course for the first - and second run
15 km- 6 laps x 2,5 km
Total Traffic free
Each lap 2,5 km totaly flat(+23 m above sealevel)- 6 laps
Through city center

Cycle course:
60 km
Total Traffic Free
20 km flat. between 23-25 m above sealevel- 3 laps
through city center and nice surroundings of Horst aan de Maas
transition at 400m from Start and Finish

2nd run course:
Road - 7,5 km
Total Traffic free
2,5 km totaly flat(+23 m above sea level)- 3 laps
Through city center

Races for Youth, Juniors, Bussines Teams, Powerkids and allcomers 1/3 Powerman

Entry fee: early entries for EC Duathlon Sprint from € 75 up to € 95, 20th. April 2012

5 km- 2 laps x 2,5 km
Total Traffic free
Each lap 2,5 km totaly flat(+23 m above sealevel)- 2 laps
Through city center

Cycle course:
20 km
Total Traffic Free
