Airport pick up is available upon request. All requests must be made prior to June 30, 2011, no exceptions. Athletes will be transported to most downtown hotels as well as the University of Alberta Lister Hall. Bikes will not be transported with athletes. Two scheduled airport departures per day will deliver bikes to either the host hotel, Sutton Place 10235 - 101 St. Edmonton or Lister Hall at the University of Alberta.

Upon arrival, collect your luggage and bike proceed to the lower level near door 7, look for the Skyshuttle kiosk. Give them your full name and they will give you a return ticket. Your bike will be stored in a locked room on the lower level until it is picked up and delivered to one of the two locations.
