Athlete Briefing
Start mechanism: Pontoon, Div Start
Swim Conditions: lake, 2 laps - At the end of the first lap, athletes need to come out on the pontoon and dive back in. Distance to the first buoy is 350m.
Water Temp: 22-23 degree celsuis. No wetsuit use
Cycle Course: 8 laps of 5km with flat well paved road, fast. 2 wheels stops per lap: - wheel stop 1: next to Transition, athletes/teams need to bring their own wheels - wheel stop 2: 1st bike turning point provided by the LOC
Run Course: 4 laps of 2,5 km. Flat. 2 Aid Stations per lap.
