Kathrin Muller made it a deadly double in Turkey as she followed up her victory in Antalya with a win in this historic race in Istanbul.

Just over eight weeks ago, Muller led home compatriot Anja Knapp to win her first European Cup and again she once again fronted German dominance here with Sarah Fladung finishing third.

Elena Danilova was sandwiched between the German athletes in second place for her first podium finish in 12 months.

In the Men’s race, Aurelien Lebrun was victorious ahead of Yegor Martynenko (UKR) and Christian Otto (GER).
