A successful 2024 Africa Triathlon Development Regional Cup took place in the city of Algiers with the support of Africa Triathlon, the Cup was held on the 11th of May including 2 races Elite Men and Elite Women which saw an outstanding performance by Algerian athletes taking the top 3 spots in Elite Men while they seized the 1st and 3rd places in Elite women with Kenya grabbing the 2nd place.
