The countdown to the 2022 Commonwealth Games continues with Thursday’s Opening Ceremony before the first medal events on Friday: the men’s and women’s individual triathlon. With the prospect of another showdown between Flora Duffy and Georgia Taylor-Brown and Hayden Wilde and Alex Yee again going toe-to-toe, it’s going to be a big day on the blue carpet, followed by another on Sunday as the PTVI Para Triathlon and Mixed Team Relay events take to the stage.
