The Club Championships as an event is growing and as a result of the huge success that was 2016, in this stunning venue, we will see junior teams racing this year.

The magnificent victory of Poissy Triathlon makes them race favourites in 2017 but they will be up against Italy’s AS Triathlon Duathlon Rimini and from Belgium, the double national team champions, Team ATRIAC.
These teams are joined by a much bigger number of teams this year. In fact, with 11 nations represented, we have 22 teams of four athletes, racing the mixed relay format will compete for the medals, the glory and also for a rather impressive pool of prize-money.
Prize money distribution. Mixed Team Relay:
- 1st. 3,750 EUR
- 2nd. 3,000 EUR
- 3rd. 2,250 EUR
- 4th. 1,500 EUR
- 5th. 1,200 EUR
- 6th. 1,050 EUR
- 7th. 900 EUR
- 8th. 600 EUR
- 9th. 450 EUR
- 10th. 300 EUR
The 300m swim is followed by a 6.6k bike and a 1.6k run. One lap for each discipline but 100% effort all around. You can see the full course here.

With the recent successes in Kitzbühel and then in Panevėžys, our focus turns to the Juniors. Don’t forget, these young athletes stand a very good chance of racing in Tokyo as Mixed Team Relay has now been incorporated into the Olympic Games schedule.
8 teams of juniors will race, representing 6 nations.
